Important: Due to the digital nature of our products (instant download), all sales are generally final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
1. General Policy
Xtreme Code sells digital software products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once you download the software, the transaction is considered complete. Therefore, refunds are not automatically granted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Defective Product: The software does not function as described or contains critical bugs that prevent its intended use.
Incompatibility: The software is incompatible with your system despite meeting the stated requirements, and we cannot provide a solution.
Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice within 7 days.
3. Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered.
Create a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
Include your purchase code and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
Change of mind or no longer needing the product
Not reading the product description or requirements before purchase
Inability to install or configure the software without seeking support first
Purchasing the wrong product
Requesting a refund after using the product in a live environment
6. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
We will process the refund within 5-10 business days
The refund will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
Your purchase code will be deactivated
You will lose access to downloads and support
7. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or dispute with PayPal without first contacting us through our support system, your account may be permanently banned from future purchases.
